I have a good article to share with you about sugar. You all know that sugar is bad for you. It is really bad for you! It’s the worst thing you can eat if your trying to lose weight. When you eat a lot of sugar, your body cannot tap into its fat cells for energy, and very little fat is burned. We are eating far too much sugar. According to the USDA, we are eating more than twelve times the amount of sugar our great-grandparents consumed. That’s about the equivalent to 154 pounds of sugar per person per year. Maybe you don’t eat as much as others, so cut it in ½ from what you eat now, that would still be a large amount and would certainly make a difference.  The body can’t use that much sugar, so it stores it as fat for later. If you cut back on your sugar intake, your body has a chance to ignite its fat burning response. The author of this article noticed that when he illuminated white sugar from his diet that the weight was dropping off of him. He was losing about 10 pounds a month. Now I know that it’s always easier for men to lose weight but still. He makes good for you desserts that are low in fat, calories, and sugar, more natural sweeteners and  fresh fruit.
